Boston, MA - August 01, 2011

Miller Systems announced a new customer relationship with public media powerhouse WGBH today. Boston-based WGBH serves New England, the nation, and the world with educational public media content that informs, inspires, and entertains. Miller Systems will provide professional services to completely redesign and rebuild “InnerTube,” WGBH’s intranet site for its 800 employees, using Microsoft SharePoint 2010.

“We are looking forward to partnering with Miller Systems to transform WGBH’s intranet into a valuable knowledge management resource for our organization,” said Cynthia Broner, WGBH’s Director of Constituent Communications. “Miller Systems’ understanding of national and local non-profit organizations, its experience in building intranets in SharePoint, and its commitment to a highly collaborative process that focuses on creating powerful user experiences led us to select them as our partner on this critical project.”

Work on the project began in January of 2011 and is slated to be completed in Q1 or Q2 of 2012.

“This is an exciting win for Miller Systems. It cements our position as a trusted strategic advisor and partner for clients—in any industry—seeking improved knowledge management and business process solutions,” said Seth Miller, Founder and CEO, Miller Systems. “I’m confident that the results of this partnership will facilitate an enjoyable employee self-service experience, generally improve efficiency, raise the organizational IQ, and ultimately, make WGBH an even better place to work, both near and long term. We’re equally energized about the technology side of this engagement, a significant SharePoint 2010 implementation for a sizable audience.”
