Chelmsford SLA provider chooses Miller Systems
Miller Systems has created the Web site for rapidly growing Brix Networks -- a Chelmsford, Mass.-based startup company that develops products and services that verify Internet-based service level agreements (SLAs). The solutions being brought to market by Brix have a huge potential market with providers of Broadband connectivity, Voice over IP, Internet service, hosted applications, Virtual Private Networks, and other Internet-based applications. Brix was founded by high-tech industry veteran and noted entrepreneur, Tom Pincince, who previously founded another successful startup venture, New Oak Communications.
Miller Systems became involved with Brix marketing personnel early last summer, and began planning and developing the Brix site while the company was still very much in its self-imposed "stealth mode" existence. The introduction of this new Brix Web site was timed to coincide with the company's formal launch in mid-September. Prior to that, Brix had an interim Web site that contained basic -- and non-revealing -- information about the company. With a design specifically aimed at getting different audiences to their information quickly and easily (and some nice Flash work thrown in to boot), Brix is able to maximize the return on their Web use and analytics.
Brix Networks uses Miller Systems' dataDriver suite of tools, including Press Room, Job Board, and ePush. In addition, Brix is the first client to use Miller System's dataDriver suite to personalize content on their site. Tying together the opt-in community database in dataDriver ePush and the news generation functions in dataDriver Press Room, Brix customers are served up the news, press releases, articles, and other targeted content that ties into their own interests.
