Miller Systems Creates New Logo Identity and Website for Proxy Networks

Miller Systems Provides Award-winning Design and Content Management Services, Meets Stringent Launch Deadline

BOSTON - July 31, 2006

Miller Systems, one of Boston’s premier technology consulting firms specializing in the design and development of elegant user experiences, today unveiled a new website and corresponding logo identity for Proxy Networks, Inc., a new company that recently acquired the Proxy Remote Control family of software products from the Funk Software division of Juniper Networks, Inc. Proxy Networks turned to Miller Systems for its expertise in website development, graphic design and content management. Proxy Networks’ project demanded completion in less than six weeks in order to meet stringent deadlines associated with its acquisition of the Proxy products from Juniper Networks.

"We are very pleased with our new logo identity and website, and delighted that Miller Systems was able to meet our aggressive timelines," said Andy Kim, Chief Executive Officer, Proxy Networks.

Proxy Networks develops, markets, distributes and supports network-based solutions for real-time remote control and high fidelity screen recording in the enterprise. Miller Systems used a phased approach to complete the logo identity, web design and content aspects of the project, focusing first on building an audience focused information architecture that organized Proxy’s content in an elegant and intuitive manner. With this foundation in place, Miller Systems and Proxy’s team of marketing professionals were able to create and deliver the site in record time.

“Clearly understanding Proxy Networks’ requirements up front enabled us to effectively tie together a creative, functional and technical solution that answered the company’s demands and stayed on time, on target and on budget, regardless of any deadline-driven challenges,” said Seth Miller, Founder, and CEO of Miller Systems, Inc. “With over 11 years creating, building and developing browser based solutions, we have formed a unique perspective on the specific design and content management challenges that emerging businesses face..”

Going forward, Proxy Networks plans to take advantage of Miller Systems’ partnership with content management provider RedDot to manage its web content on its own. Miller Systems, through its special partnership with RedDot, provides a unique solution for businesses with single sites and budget constraints.  A smaller team can take advantage of RedDot’s fully featured, industry standard CMS in a hosted environment - without hardware or software capital expenditure. Miller Systems’ relationship with RedDot ensures that the software component of the solution is “un-crippled” – allowing hosted customers to use the exact same features as a licensed RedDot customer.  What’s more, when its hosted customers outgrow the solution, it offers a zero-services cost, one-day migration path to a licensed RedDot installation.
