Miller Systems provides flexible Content Management Implementation services that allow our clients to publish, preview, maintain, and manage the diverse static and dynamic content on their web sites, portals, print materials, e-newsletters, and other document-driven media. Whether you're an enterprise with multiple web properties and dozens of content contributors or a department, startup, or small/medium sized business with a single site to manage, Miller Systems can help you solve the problem of keeping your content current and manageable by non-technical staff.
Miller Systems, in a partnership with RedDot, provides a unique solution for businesses with single sites and budget constraints. A smaller team can take advantage of RedDot’s fully featured, industry standard CMS in a hosted environment - without hardware or software capital expenditure. This hosted content management solution is far more preferable than using a “homegrown” solution or licensing one from a small development team.
We established our relationship with RedDot such that the software component of the solution is “un-crippled” – allowing our hosted customers to use the exact same features as a licensed RedDot customer. What’s more, when our hosted customers outgrow the solution, we have a zero-services cost, one-day migration path to a licensed RedDot installation.
We’ve been hosting sites in our world-class data center since 1998, and our track record for uptime speaks for itself. Over 90% of our development clients choose to host with us. |

- Detailed information architecture

- Business process/workflow of the content contribution and editing process

We implement content management systems that do more than just allow you to WYSIWYG edit your pages one at a time. We employ a set of industry-leading best practices that make your online properties self-maintaining, so that relevant information is collected and presented together. A “one page at a time” CMS approach leads to bigger problems than a webmaster bottlenecking your changes. Poorly implemented CMS degrades the user experience and hinders sales. Properly selected and implemented CMS will enable you to act on the following opportunities:
- Define business process/workflow for creating, editing, and publishing content
- Publish in many languages
- Enforce branding and identity standards
- Intelligently re-use content in a single online property and/or across multiple online properties based on global taxonomy
- Deliver non-technical, "no-HTML" WYSIWYG content contribution to SMEs
- Write once, publish-many (to web sites, portals, wireless, print media)
- Integrate content with applications, independent of platform (.NET, J2EE, Cold Fusion, PHP,etc)
- Enable personalization
