Paradigm Works Implements Full Suite of Miller Systems’ dataDriver™ Web Site and Community Management Tools

Powerful Combination of Tools Enables Effective Web-based Communication with Customers

, January 26, 2004 - Miller Systems, one of Boston’s premier technology consulting firms specializing in web engineering and IT consulting, today announced that its award-winning dataDriver™ suite of dynamic publishing tools has been implemented by Paradigm Works, the premier verification IP and chip development services company in the US.  Paradigm Works will use the full suite of dataDriver modules - Secure Portal, Press Room, ePush and Job Board, to leverage its web site for enhanced customer service and effective new client marketing.  The dataDriver suite enables Paradigm Works’ IT staff to effectively manage frequently changing content and outbound marketing to the visiting community – all without requiring programming or HTML skills.

“Since our company’s inception, Miller Systems has supported us with affordable, easy-to-use packaged software tools and hosting services,” said Michael Hoyt, CEO, Paradigm Works.  “As our company has grown, so too have our needs for elegantly communicating with our customers and for finding an effective way to deliver work and software via our web site.  Implementing the integrated set of dataDriver modules enables us to reach out to prospective and existing customers in innovative ways.  We can learn about them, communicate with them, and provide them with critical services like the secure download of updates on a 24x7 basis.  This added value is critical in the competitive environment we operate in.”

Using dataDriver Secure Portal, Miller Systems provided Paradigm Works with an organized framework and download area for both customers and prospects.  Visitors to the area have personalized, secure access to documentation, software updates, manuals and white papers.  A gated registration process enables public users to indicate interest in a given set of products or services and allows them to download semi-private content.  With dataDriver ePush, Paradigm Works is able to quickly and easily communicate with its customers and prospects via targeted e-mail broadcasts and surveys.

Recognizing the need to both survey and broadcast personalized e-mails to portal users, Miller Systems designed dataDriver Secure Portal and ePush to be seamlessly integrated. The deployment of both modules in the integrated mode translates into a unified, elegant solution for messaging and secure delivery of proprietary content for a business’ most important constituents – their prospects, customers, and partners.  In the integrated mode, a single sign-on is provided for constituents to self-manage profile and e-mail receipt preferences as well as to download content in the portal.

“Increasingly, companies want their web sites to go beyond ‘brochureware’ and to employ sophisticated technologies that maximize their corporate web site investments,” said Seth Miller, Founder and CEO of Miller Systems.  “dataDriver provides a cost-effective, easy-to-use alternative for web-based sales, marketing and customer service initiatives appropriate for small to medium sized businesses.”
