After creating the award-winning web presence for Custom Fitness, Miller Systems designed and developed the website for the book Rutstein on Fitness: Strengthening the Body to Heal the Mind. Written by fitness specialist Jeff Rutstein, Rutstein on Fitness outlines a workout program that is geared toward soothing the mind while sculpting the body. Rutstein leveraged Miller Systems’ award-winning design and development services to create an intuitive and appealing site design and e-commerce system that would help to drive sales of the new book.

As a self-published author, Rutstein sought a cost effective marketing vehicle for promoting his new book and turned to Miller Systems to build a website that would provide visitors information about his kinder, gentler workout, as well as give them an opportunity to purchase the publication directly. With a limited budget and tight production schedule, Miller Systems needed to create an appealing user experience that would draw visitors in and convince them to buy the book.

Having built the industry’s first online event registration system nearly 10 years ago, Miller Systems has significant experience in developing e-commerce applications. That knowledge, coupled with its award-winning design services, allows Miller Systems to create web properties with elegant user experiences that drive revenue.
The result is an engaging user experience that inspires visitors seeking health and fitness advice and encourages them to make a purchase online with their credit card. To date, hundreds of visitors have come to the site and purchased the book. Finally, by leveraging the site and other outreach efforts, Rutstein secured distribution rights with major bookseller Barnes & Noble and now offers links to purchase the book through Amazon and BN.com.
